The Holley Institute owns and operates Holley Family Village, Inc. aka the Carls Family Village and has offered educational and recreational programs for the Deaf, Deaf-Blind and hard of hearing since 1996, and consists of three buildings on the property: The Village Residence, The Village Commons, and The Art Center.
The Village Residence contains 12 suites (one suite per family). Air mattresses are available if needed. Sheets and towels are available to rent for $14 a set ($7-bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth; $7-top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow case). Pillows and blankets are provided, however, feel free to bring your own.
*Pack enough clothes for your stay as there are no public washers or dryers at the Village.*

- Laundry bag- there is no laundry at the village

- Notebook & pens/pencils
- Sunscreen & sunglasses
- Insect repellent
- Shampoo & toiletries
Smoking is not permitted in the buildings and drugs and alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere on the premises. Only working pets are allowed. All incoming and outgoing calls should be made from your own cellular device. Program fees include meals and accommodations. Transportation to and from the Village is not provided unless pre-arranged by the senior programs director.
